Three children's poems

A cow haiku
Writing cow haiku
Such a tricky thing to do
Here is my hai-moo

The reason my big brother’s wearing a baseball cap to school today
He doesn’t blame the hairdresser,
I suppose that’s only fair.
But instead he’s blaming me
for his missing chunk of hair.
I just asked: “Would you like pizza?”
Then I heard the hairdresser swear.
My brother ought to know not to nod
while the hairdresser’s dressing his hair.

The circus sisters’ tongue twister
For years the Kirkus Sisters did the circus circuit. Everyone in circus circles knew the Kirkus Sisters. But nowadays the two old sisters, I suppose, serve little purpose in circuses. And feeling worthless, the Kirkus Sisters curse the circus business.
